Shopify Flow trigger
BetterReviews publishes a Shopify Flow trigger — Review Created — that fires when a review is approved. Wire it to any Flow action: tag the customer, add them to a segment, email your team on low ratings, or ship the review to Slack via an HTTP action.
- Fires on approval, not submission — spam-rejected reviews never trigger a workflow
- Full payload: rating, title, body, sentiment, AI quality score, verified-buyer flag, media counts, and a signed moderation deep link
- Emit-once per review — re-approving never re-fires

Growth adds the Product Pages dashboard — AI summaries, FAQs, “best for” labels, and SEO descriptions — plus Review Groups (share reviews across product variants like color/size). Both are accessible from the BetterReviews admin. Scale adds priority support and white-glove migration, and the full REST API and webhooks are available on Growth and above. Fair auto-recharge add-on (opt-in): $25 / 100 credits on Starter, $50 / 300 on Growth, $100 / 1,000 on Scale — your tier is determined by your plan. Standard-model conversations are unlimited on every plan.
